Refunds will not be provided. Accepting the terms of sale you agree to our No Refund Policy. 24-hour cancelled timeslots will be rescheduled according to the availability of our online racks. Your purchased rack time is valid for one year from the date of your purchased.

Due to any potential circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel customer sessions at its sole discretion. In such case, you will receive a replacement session(s) for  rescheduling.

Note! Any cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advanced. You can reschedule your session(s) online as many times as needed.
